All vintage items are final sale. Vintage pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason due to the unique quality of each piece. Please make your selections with care and review all product information + sizing before making your purchase.
Modern Apparel & Home may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please be ready to provide your email or phone number to retrieve your receipt. We are unable to issue cash or credit refunds for any reason. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise in their original condition with all original tags attached. In the case of a damaged item, please reach out to us directly.
All Jewelry, Beauty + Wellness products are unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
All mark-downs (ending in .99 cents) are final sale.

SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 4 business days for processing, as we are a small operation. If you have a shipping deadline, please contact us prior to purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What shipping carrier do you use? Is tracking included?
For US domestic shipping-
We ship via USPS first class mail unless a Priority upgrade is purchased. This includes orders that are eligible for Free Shipping. Delivery time for first class mail is 1-5 business days, depending on location.
Please note that first class mail does not include Insurance. If you'd like to have your package insured, you will need to upgrade to Priority shipping. If you have ever had issues with mail delivery or theft, we recommend adding Signature Confirmation to your purchase. We are happy to do this for you. USPS First Class- this is the most economical shipping rate. This does not include insurance, however tracking will be provided. Delivery time for first class shipments is generally 10-21 days, although USPS does not guarantee delivery times.
We advise all international orders to choose the Priority or Express shipping option. The cost is a bit higher but will arrive faster, provide tracking, and cover loss up to $200. We have no control over international shipping times with first class packages, and we cannot provide further tracking or information, once your package has departed the US.
USPS Priority- Priority mail takes 6-10 business days, although times are not guaranteed. Tracking + Insurance are included in this option.
EXPRESS international shipping is a premium service option that includes tracking, insurance, and guaranteed delivery times. Please contact us prior to shipment for an exact quote and to choose Express shipping. Express shipping delivers to most countries in 3-5 business days.
TARIFFS/ FEES- The cost of shipping you pay covers postage only. Be advised some countries charge a fee, tariff or tax on imported goods. Any and all customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyers who refuse payment of tariffs will not be refunded for any reason. Be advised that Redeux is required to declare the total value of goods on every international custom form.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive anything-
If your package says delivered but you didn't receive anything, we suggest first checking with your mail delivery person or a neighbor to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house/apartment. Although rare, this can happen. If the package is not found and if you chose the Priority mail option, you need to contact USPS to file an insurance claim on USPS.com. Please note Redeux is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service or customs. We do not cover loss of packages presumed to be stolen. For any postal issues, you must contact USPS to file a mail search and/or claim.

If you placed an international order and your package isn't delivered, it may be held at your local post office, due to unpaid tariffs/fees. If you have not received your package but it says it's delivered, you will need to contact your local mail carrier. USPS does NOT deliver overseas. Once a package has left the US, it is transferred over to your country’s local mail carrier. Please note that we do not have a working relationship with USPS or your local mail carrier. You will need to contact your local postal carrier with any delivery issues or concerns.
